LIHA is a volunteer-run organization that relies on its members to help create a fun and learning environment for ice hockey in the Lincoln community.

Supervise all coaches and approved coaching activities and programs, including recruitment and selection of coaches, instructional and certification clinics, and player evaluation and selection. Make regular reports and recommendations to the board on issues related to coaches/coaching.

Coordinate and implement fundraising activities for LIHA. Make regular reports to the board on efforts and issues related to fundraising.

Schedule, plan, and promote tournaments for each LIHA age group (6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U). Make regular reports to the board on efforts and issues related to tournaments.
