Regular Season

We have youth programs and teams for players from 6U to 18U, and adult league divisions for novice, intermediate, and advanced skaters.

• 6U - ages 4-6
• 8U - ages 7 and 8
• 10U - ages 9 and 10
• 12U - ages 11 and 12
• 14U - ages 13 and 14
• High School - freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior
• Lincoln Senior Adult League (LSHL) - ages 18+

Practices are held at John Breslow Ice Hockey Rink or the Ice Box for all teams throughout the week.

LSHL: Lincoln Senior Hockey League does not hold practices. Games are on Sundays at Breslow and the Ice Box.

8U Select offers players a higher and more competitive level of play for those looking to further challenge their skills beyond the in-house 8U experience. This team will travel to 2-3 tournaments in Nebraska and the midwest. Players on this team will also play on a House team. Tryouts are held in September.

10U House in Lincoln provides players the opportunity to compete at a house level while representing Lincoln as part of the Omaha Hockey Club. All players will be assigned a team.

10U Select Hockey offers players a higher and more competitive level of play for those looking to further challenge their skills beyond the standard club experience. This team will travel to 2-3 tournaments in Nebraska and the midwest. Players on this team will also play on a House team. Tryouts are held in October.

High School Club Hockey in Lincoln provides student-athletes the opportunity to compete at a house level while representing Lincoln as part of the Omaha Hockey Club.

High School Select Hockey offers players a higher and more competitive level of play for those looking to further challenge their skills beyond the standard high school club experience. Tryouts are held in July and practices start shortly after selection.

The Lincoln Junior Stars (LJS) High School Hockey Program offers a highly competitive opportunity for players in grades 9–12 to showcase their skills and compete at a high level. The program will feature both Junior Varsity and Varsity teams, formed through a seasonal tryout process held in June, and will compete against top regional competition, with the potential for National Bound teams.
