Checking Clinic
Our 14U and highschool checking & body contact clinic will help players build confidence, improve safety, and learn proper technique for body contact. This one-day clinic will be run by Luke Horvath, the 14U Travel Coach.
We’ve added an off-ice portion before ice time so players can focus on the fundamentals first, then apply those skills on the ice.

This is open to all LIHA 14U and highschool players.
